INVESTMENT STRATEGIES

Short-term investments (up to 1 year): Purchase on the primary market with cash payment and subsequent sale after commissioning. Expected income upon sale ranges from 20% to 30% annually.
Medium-term investments (up to 2 years): Purchase on the primary market and leasing after commissioning with a yield of 15% annually, followed by sale as a ready rental business. Expected rental income ranges from 15% annually, and approximately 35% annually upon subsequent sale.
Long-term investments (up to 7 years): Purchase on the primary market and leasing with a yield of 15% annually for 7 years, followed by sale. This strategy allows for capital preservation and, in the event of market growth, sale with profit.
Short-term investments (up to 1 year): Payment of an initial contribution of 30% of the property value and subsequent installment payment. Sale of the property after 6 months with a 20% increase in value. Expected return on investment is 42%.
